Hi, I’m Sehrish. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS-C), and clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience guiding individuals, families, and clinicians through the complexities of mental health.
I founded Guided Growth Therapy to create a space where healing feels possible for adolescents, adults, and families navigating eating disorders, identity development, and intergenerational trauma. My work with eating disorders spans all levels of care from inpatient and residential programs to outpatient therapy supporting both clients and families throughout recovery. I also work with high-achieving professionals in healthcare, law, tech, and academia who may appear to “have it all together” while privately carrying burnout, perfectionism, or high-functioning anxiety.
Beyond therapy, I provide supervision and consultation for therapists, trainees, and other helping professionals especially those serving marginalized communities, handling high-acuity cases, or managing their own burnout and imposter syndrome.
My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, grounded in honest conversation and genuine connection.
At the heart of it all, I believe healing begins with being truly seen and understood. Whether you’re working through recovery, navigating life transitions, or caring for others, you don’t have to do it alone.
Our work begins with the stories you carry the ones shaped by doubt, perfectionism, or the pressure to be "enough."
Together, we'll slow down, untangle those patterns, and create space for your confidence and creativity to surface.
Therapy isn't always easy, but it's always worthwhile.
My role is to guide you through the hard parts with care, helping you discover resilience, clarity, and a deeper sense of alignment.

I’m an out-of-network provider, but many clients get partial reimbursement using a superbill (a detailed receipt we provide). This keeps treatment private and flexible. I also accept Lyra EAP benefits.
Intake (60–70 minutes): $225 | Follow-ups (60 minutes): $200

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid the session fee (emergencies considered). If you’re in crisis, call 911 or the National Suicide Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
