Do you struggle with stress, depression, disordered eating and/or poor body image? I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with disordered eating patterns through a Health at Every Size approach (HAES).

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify how behaviors, thoughts and actions impact daily living as well as relationships.

"We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are."
I believe that growth and awareness are often achieved in the most difficult, uncomfortable, and challenging moments of our lives. Unfortunately, these are also the moments which can cause us to feel the most isolated and alone, leading us to feel a sense of hopelessness and at times even worthlessness. How we choose to cope and who we choose to have around as we learn to cope can be vital to our growth. So, why not have a guide who can create a safe space to facilitate the process of growth for you?
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose
our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
