How can I help?

Starting therapy can be a daunting process. I offer a free 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling where I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Together we can talk about your needs and assess if we will be a good fit.

A 24-hour advanced notice is required for cancelled appointments. All voicemails are dated and time stamped.  If your appointment is scheduled for Monday, please leave a voicemail on Friday to confirm your cancellation. 

• If you do not do so, you will be billed for the full rate of the therapy session. Exceptions for emergency situations will be considered on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions regarding payment options and cancellation policies you may have.

During the initial session, we will primarily focus on what led you to reaching out. We will take this time to review your personal and familial medical history, any experiences with past therapy, your past and current experiences around work, and your relationships.

We will also explore your values and evaluate if you believe if you are fully living according to them. This is also when we will work on getting to know each other better and see if we are a good fit.

Follow-up sessions are where we really get to work!
Each session will be individualized to meet your specific needs. We will explore your long-term goals and focus on how to break them down into smaller goals that feel realistic, attainable and are based on a values system that is authentic to you!…this is where the real growth happens!

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for possible “out-of-network” reimbursement. 

In addition to the fee for therapy sessions, I also charge a fee for other professional services that I may provide based on 15-minute increments. These include: 

• Writing reports or letters. 

• Telephone conversations that last more than 15 minutes. 

• Preparation of records and treatment summaries. 

• As well as performing any other professional services that you may request.
